What is HTC Philanthropy?
HTC Philanthropy seeks to improve health, education, and treatment of children in the communities where our sites are located.
Instead of being a standard corporate philanthropy program where most of the ideas and causes are chosen by a senior executive, in HTC the causes are proposed by the employees, and excitement and support is generated for each project grassroots-style.

Following the HTC value of Inspiration, any HTC employee can propose the cause. Through our Intranet and HTC Tribune, we invite everyone in HTC to participate, contributing donations or time and talent.

HTC then matches or doubles the sum donated by employees, to expand the reach of our contribution.
