In addition to optimal technology and working tools, HTC believes in the importance of the details that make a difference in the comfort of our agents, allowing them to focus on your customers, call after call. This includes investing in Hayworth brand workstations and Herman Miller chairs for optimal ergonomics, to name a few examples.
On Break
From a modern, chic patio overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains, to a hacienda-style courtyard, and the hippest cafeterias you're likely to find in any call center, ever, HTC provides spaces where employees can really "disconnect" when they unplug from the phones and workstations. Having these spaces not only available, but designed with a certain "cool factor" is one of the characteristics of our facilities that set us apart from other companies.
In Training
HTC has multiple rooms in each site which are dedicated state-of-the art training environments, each with creativity integrated in its design to foster learning. Each site also has additional flex meeting space, which can be used for trainings during ramp-ups of scale.
