In July 2006, HTC became the first outsourced call center in the Americas (North, Central, and South) to be ISO/IEC certified under the 27001 information security standard.

We safeguard all of the information we handle by proactively establishing, clearly communicating, and closely auditing each of our policies. The Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology is an integral part of HTC, not only operations, but each area and each major HTC initiative. Our expertise in thoroughly creating and documenting our continuous improvement cycle was especially important for earning and retaining our ISO certification in information security.

As our Information Security policies are executed and audited by HTC employees throughout the company, from all levels and in all departments-the ownership and pride in upholding our certification is also an ongoing company-wide reality.
