Registration
If you are interested in joining us, you must register through our website using a valid email address. HTC will then send you a password. Upon registration, we ask for basic contact information like full name, phone number, etc. to create your profile on our website.
Once you are registered, you must take a Psychometric exam.
We strongly recommend that you to take this tests on a broadband Internet connection.
Instructions for pschometric exam:

Click on "Registrarse" |

Enter your personal information: Name, father's last name, mother's last name. |

In the "Tipo de persona" select "Clave genérica automática (EXT)" |

Click "Aceptar" |

In the "Perfil base" select "Rep HTC" |

Click "Aceptar" |

Click "Aplicar evaluaciones" |

Click on the blue letters "PPV" |

Carefully read the instructions and click on "Continuar" |

Select one option in each question and continue through page number 7 (seven). |

Finishing the test, click (Finish) "Terminar" |
Once you've taken the tests, HTC will contact you via phone and/or email to schedule an appointment with you.
After our interview with you, you will receive an invitation for the HTC Assessment Center. This is a two-hour event which offers candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their potential through extensive exercises and interaction with other candidates.
Here, we ask for your information such as previous work experience, references, RFC, etc. You must complete this information through this site.
According to your personal profile, you may receive an offer to come and work for HTC.
If HTC extends an employment offer to you, and you accept, we will invite you to "Meet your Company" sessions where you are introduced to HTC, our company philosophy and your new work environment.
