1. How long does the recruitment process take from the initial step: applying online, to the last step: signing the contract?
Normally not more than one week, but it all depends on your own availability to attend the interview as well as completing all of your evaluations on time.
2. Can I be hired by HTC if I don't have my IMSS number or my CURP?
No, HTC can not hire you without this information.
3. How do I proceed with my IMSS affiliation number?
First of all, you have to go to the regional sub delegation closest to your residence. This step is very simple and does not take more than 15 minutes.
They will ask you for a copy of your birth certificate and your IFE Identification. If this credential does not have the current home address, you must bring proof of your current home address (an electricity or telephone bill for example). If you are a minor, you can bring your birth certificate, a bill showing your home address and identification (passport, etc).
4. How can I proceed in getting my CURP?
If you already have a CURP assigned, there is a site on the web: www.tramitanet.gob.mx and there is a link in which, after registering in the system Tramitanet (which is free) you have the option to print it.
If you want to get your CURP for the first time, you can get information in MTY 01800-911-1111, in GDL 3819-2456 from 9:00 to 13:00 hrs (Mon-Thur).
5. How much time do I have to fill out my evaluations through this website?
After you speak with your recruiter, you have 72 hours to send your curriculum, your psychometric exam and your English evaluation. If in 72 hours you have not done this your record number will no longer be available.
6. If I exceeded the 72 hours do I have another opportunity to apply?
This is determined on a case-by-case basis. For this we would ask you to contact us directly.
7. If I do not have a computer at home, am I able to send my resume directly from a Cyber Cafe?
Yes, you are able to send it from any computer that has Internet access (preferably one with broadband access). Be very careful with the English evaluation because it is based on a recording audio and you only have one opportunity to hear it. Remember to follow all the instructions that apply.
8. If I have already been an employee of HTC and I want to return, should I go through the entire recruitment process again?
We do check each particular case, for that reason we would ask you to contact us directly.
9. I am foreign citizen, can I be employed at HTC?
Yes, HTC may be able to help you obtain your working documents, as long as the legal requirements are fulfilled. |
